GIVING BACK

Leaders encourage all children and young people to give back to their community. Our older learners mentor our younger learners in the sessions and support them in their efforts to grow as performers.

All learners who are part of our community actively engage in community consultations and feasibility studies, which enable Leaders to ensure that all programmes are fit for purpose whilst supporting change.

We often support local events by delivering entertainment through dance performances.

At Leaders we believe that part of our learners’ personal development should include a better understanding of their community and the issues faced by their community.

We actively encourage our learners’ to engage within the community in order to promote community cohesion.

If you would like our children or young people to perform at your event, or support you in some way by attending your local community event, please contact us.
